Our Services

Wired to Lead helps organisations redesign how work gets done — with both human brains and AI.

We focus on the conditions that shape how people think, decide and behave, not surface-level interventions.

1. AI & Brain Literacy

AI adoption breaks down when people don’t understand how thinking actually works — both it’s limitations and strengths.

We build brain literacy so teams can use AI confidently and critically, without dulling thinking or creating unneccesary risk.

Our expertise is in:

  • Understanding cognitive load, attention and decision quality

  • Where AI genuinely helps vs. where it degrades judgment

  • Setting clear guardrails for effective, ethical AI use

Delivered primarily through training and workshops, with advisory support where needed.

2. Leadership & TEAM performance

Performance is threatened by internal and external pressure - it changes how we think and behave.

We work with leaders and teams on how they actually think, decide and behave in those moments, beyond models and ideals.

Our expertise is in:

  • Neuroscience-informed content and brain-friendly facilitation

  • Leading through complexity, growth and change

  • The licensed use of psychometric tools, where they add value (including Insights Discovery and Gallup CliftonStrengths)

Delivered through workshops, coaching (1:1 or team), and applied AI tools built for the context - used individually or combined as needed.

3. PEOPLE CONSULTANCY

Designing systems that support good judgment and sustained performance.

Most organisations optimise people processes for compliance or efficiency — not for how people actually think and work.

We design people systems that reinforce clarity and accountability.

Our expertise is in:

  • People and organisational strategy

  • People experience (PX) architecture and design

  • AI and automation-enabled people operations

Delivered in the form most useful to the organisation and the work required - from focused interventions to deeper embedment.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Most leadership and people work relies on models or best practice applied from the outside.

Our work is shaped by lived executive experience, neuroscience training and product thinking. A combination that means we focus on how people actually think and behave, and on the conditions that shape performance at scale.

  • Practical, thoughtful and grounded.

We move comfortably between strategy and detail, reflection and action.

Most clients describe our work as both rigorous and human - focused on real issues, real behaviour and the realities of operating inside complex organisations, rather than abstract models.

  • Pricing depends on the nature and depth of the work.

Training and workshop-based engagements typically range from £3-10k depending on format, audience and depth.

Coaching engagements start from £2k for six sessions over a 3-6 month period, shaped around the individual and the context they’re operating in.

Other work - such as advisory or embedded work - is scoped based on need and agreed upfront.

We’ll always be clear about scope and investment before any work starts, and we’re happy to give an early indication after an initial conversation.

  • We aim to create to meaningful, sustained change. That means focusing on observable shifts in behaviour and ways of working.

From the outset, we’re clear about the indicators we are looking for, based on what the work is designed to change, for example:

    • speed of decision making

    • leadership behaviours in critical moments

    • the effectiveness of people systems

Where it’s useful, we can also agree to make this impact more explicit as part of the scope of work - for example by quantifying behaviour change, or linking the work to existing business or people data.

  • I’m based in Dorset and work with organisations across the UK, both in person and remotely.

I particularly enjoy supporting local businesses, but I regularly travel and work flexibly depending on what best supports the work.

  • Most work is delivered directly by Natalie.

Where specialist expertise is required - for example in AI policy, governance or highly technical areas - we work with a small number of trusted partners. This ensures the right depth and rigour, without diluting accountability or quality.
