I’ve spent over 15 years in purpose-driven, high-growth businesses, including four years on the Executive Team at Not On The High Street.
That experience gave me a board-level view of how behaviours and organisational systems directly impact commercial outcomes, especially during growth and change.

How I think about performance
I’m drawn to what actually drives human behaviour. That curiosity took me beyond traditional HR models into applied neuroscience and product thinking; disciplines grounded in how people really think, not how we assume they should.
This means I work with leaders on the real constraints they face and design solutions that acknowledge those realities rather than fight them.
The capabilities I focus on
My work centres on two areas that increasingly differentiate high-performing organisations from the rest:
Brain literacy - applying neuroscience to improve attention, emotional regulation, decision-making and cognitive load
AI literacy - demystifying AI to ensure we use it to augment thinking and decision-making, without eroding accountability and judgment

I work flexibly as a fractional leader, advisor or facilitator, depending on the where the greatest leverage sits.
